We work on HIL systems, laboratory vehicles or real vehicles and take care of identifying the problems. We create structured error reports and are also responsible for checking the bug fixes after the error has been solved.

We also analyse the error reports and put all data into context so that the faults can be traced using communication analysis of CAN, FlexRay and Ethernet data and their protocols. The aim of the data analysis is to narrow down the fault to the component causing it and to identify the root cause.

As soon as the fault has been narrowed down to one component we take over the addressing and track the fault rectification process. We are also the point of contact for the specialist departments in the event of queries. Once the misbehaviour has been corrected we take care of scheduling the verification.

As is usual in software development, we work according to the SCRUM process. The focus is placed on a perceivable customer function at the end of the sprint.
